3.2 Customization of Services

3.3 Limitations of Services

The Agency does not provide emergency medical services or perform any procedures that require specialized medical equipment or certifications not held by the healthcare professionals we employ. Certain complex or highly specialized medical services may not be available.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Providing Accurate Information

Clients are required to provide accurate and complete information about their medical history, current health conditions, and any relevant information that may impact the healthcare services. This includes, but is not limited to, information about allergies, existing medical treatments, and lifestyle factors.

4.2 Providing Access to the Client’s Residence

It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that the healthcare professional has access to their home or the facility where services are to be provided. This includes providing keys, codes, or other means of access.

4.3 Maintaining a Safe Environment

Clients must ensure that their environment is safe and conducive to the provision of healthcare services. This includes maintaining a clean, safe, and well-lit space. The Agency may refuse to provide services if the environment is deemed unsafe for healthcare professionals.

4.4 Compliance with Health Regulations

Clients are required to ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety laws, including local regulations regarding healthcare service provision. The Client must also cooperate with the healthcare professional by adhering to prescribed medical protocols and procedures.

5. Agency Responsibilities

5.1 Provision of Qualified Healthcare Professionals

The Agency is responsible for providing healthcare professionals who are qualified, licensed, and trained to deliver the services requested by the Client. All healthcare professionals will have up-to-date certifications and training as required by local laws and regulations.

5.2 Staff Supervision

The Agency is responsible for supervising the healthcare professionals to ensure that they provide services in line with the established standards and Client expectations. This includes ensuring that healthcare professionals maintain appropriate conduct and adhere to legal and ethical guidelines.

5.3 Communication with Clients

We will provide regular communication to ensure that services meet the Client’s expectations. Clients are encouraged to contact the Agency for updates, concerns, or any adjustments needed to the service plan.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Service Fees

The Client agrees to pay the Agency for the services rendered based on the agreed-upon fee structure. These fees may include hourly rates, flat fees for specific services, or package deals. The specific charges will be communicated and agreed upon before the start of services.

6.2 Billing and Payment Cycles
