Service Limitations

NurseLink Healthcare does not provide emergency medical services or highly specialised procedures requiring equipment, qualifications, or authorisations beyond the scope of services agreed and the competencies of assigned healthcare professionals.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining a safe care environment, cooperating with healthcare professionals, and complying with agreed care plans to support effective, safe, and lawful service delivery.

Agency Responsibilities

NurseLink Healthcare is responsible for supplying suitably qualified healthcare professionals, overseeing service delivery, maintaining professional standards, and communicating with clients to ensure services meet agreed expectations and regulatory requirements.

Payments, Privacy and Data

Service Fees And Billing

Termination By Agency

NurseLink Healthcare may suspend or terminate services where this Agreement is breached, payments remain outstanding, or safety, compliance, or legal obligations cannot be reasonably maintained.

Liability And Indemnity

NurseLink Healthcare’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. Clients agree to indemnify the Agency against losses arising from misuse of services, inaccurate information, or failure to meet obligations.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes should first be addressed through good-faith discussions. Where unresolved, disputes may proceed to mediation or other lawful resolution processes before formal legal action is considered.

Governing Law And General Provisions
